Complaints Procedure



 

Wherever possible, concerns by parents and others about the school curriculum or related matters will be dealt with in the first instances by informal discussions with the class teacher and the Head. However, there may be occasions when such concerns cannot be resolved informally and a formal complaints procedure is required. In such circumstances you may; put any concerns, complaints in writing, addressed to the Chair of Governors. The appropriate action will be taken by the Governing Body of Featherbank School and the L.E.A. if necessary.
