Welcome to our Reception Class and to Featherbank! We hope you enjoy seeing all the fantastic things we learn about.
You will find the Reception Curriculum Map below. The curriculum Map sets out the topics for the year with what we will be learning.
monthly highlight
🌈 Reception had a fantastic week of learning through movement and creativity! 🎶✨
Our children loved exploring following instructions through songs while dancing with colourful scarves. They listened so carefully and did an amazing job following each action — such brilliant focus and enthusiasm! 💃🧣🕺
We also had lots of fun experimenting with vibrant powder paints as we learned all about the Holi Festival. The children enjoyed discovering the meaning behind the celebration and creating their own bursts of colour. 🎨🌼
